PROJECT D: THE VERIFICATION PROJECT
This phase of the Genetic Discrimination Project
will seek to examine in detail and with explicit consent, specific
claims by consumers of differential treatment, as well as where
possible, to follow these up with relevant third party organisations.
Aims of Verification Project:
- to verify, or not, alleged incidents of unfair
treatment by consumers
- to elucidate the decision-making processes and
justifications of relevant third party in specific cases of alleged
unfair treatment
Methods: a review of appropriate documentation
and interviews with consenting consumers and relevant third party
personnel will be undertaken.
